Abstract Telecom New Zealand has developed and implemented extensive online tools and communication channels to communicate with stakeholders, customers and employees. To ensure these are as effective and efficient as possible, Telecom has introduced a number of usability initiatives. The aim of these initiatives is to improve the ease of use of online communications.
